This Could Be Your Era: A Journey into Slowing Down and Honoring Yourself
We live in a world that celebrates hustle, quick fixes, and endless to-do lists. But what if your most transformative era begins when you slow down, not speed up? This year, I’m inviting you to consider: what if caring for yourself, honoring your body, and moving forward with intention could actually add years to your life?
In the spirit of this, we’re offering a soft space to begin. Whether you’re not quite ready for a boudoir session or simply need a moment of reflection, we’re inviting you to our New Moon Sound Bowl Healing Circle. It’s a two-hour ceremony for just seven women—a place to breathe, journal, and recharge. Because sometimes, the most productive thing you can do is simply honor yourself, right here, right now. If you feel that nudge, let this be your era of intention and care.
As part of this slower, more intentional season, I’ve also been leaning more deeply into my creative practice through what I call Muse Call sessions. I began offering these regularly last year as a way to step out of production mode and back into pure creation. They give me space to experiment, to play, and to let the studio become a place of curiosity rather than pressure.
The images you’ll see throughout this post come from a recent Muse Call with the lovely Miss Jay. This session felt especially aligned with the theme of this era. We moved slowly. We followed intuition. We allowed the images to unfold rather than forcing them.
We incorporated new blue crystal body jewelry, delicate gold foil breast accents, and a smoke machine I’ve recently added to the studio to create a soft, ethereal atmosphere. The result was something grounded yet otherworldly. Quiet, but powerful. A reminder that creativity doesn’t need to rush to be impactful.
These Muse sessions mirror the same philosophy behind the New Moon circles and the gentler offerings I’m creating this year. When we slow down, when we honor our bodies and our creative rhythms, something deeper opens. Expression becomes more honest. Presence becomes easier. And beauty emerges without force.
This is the energy I’m inviting you into.
Not urgency. Not performance.
But intentional care, creativity, and connection.
